Medical Pain Management Services, Ltd. (MPMS) was founded in 1992 by the Physicians of Rockford Anesthesiologist Associated, LLC. Over the years, MPMS expanded and relocated to its outpatient clinic offering state-of-the art technology and the latest in diagnostic and therapeutic techniques to provide a center of excellence for pain management.
At MPMS, we offer a multidisciplinary approach to treating and effectively managing chronic pain.
